Chef Weng Han Wong, Master Chef of Min Jiang, brings over three decades of experience shaped by his early beginnings in Kuala Lumpur, where he was inspired by his father, a dedicated Chinese chef. Since moving to London in 2006, he has honed his craft at leading establishments, including Michelin-starred kitchens, before joining Min Jiang in 2011.
Through dedication and consistency, he rose through the ranks to his current role, earning recognition such as the World Cuisine Chef Award from the Craft Guild of Chefs. Renowned for his mastery of the restaurant’s signature wood-fired Beijing Duck, Chef Wong blends traditional Chinese techniques with a contemporary approach, continually evolving Min Jiang’s cuisine while honouring its heritage.
